Talented Organisations
Talent is a key differentiator between organisations. So...
- How well are you doing at attracting new talent? McKinsey predict that demand will increase by 25% over the next 15 years while supply will fall by 20% in the same period!
- Are you able to retain talented staff? A recent study shows that turnover in this group is rising fast based on disatisfaction with their current employment and the desire to challenge themselves.
- Do you have the right mix of skills? A study of successful organisations identified common key capabilities: adaptive and creative leadership; virtual teamworking; fast and continuous learning; and the ability to work collaboratively to rapidly produce innovative products and services.
McKinsey's research found that organisations which excel in managing their talent achieved a total return for shareholder that was 22% higher than their industry average!
